State of Florida}  Whereas at a sale of lands by
Alachua County  } Pointdexter Shemwell Mar-
shall and collector of Revenue of the Town of Gainesville
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida at
public auction in the Town of Gainesville at the Court House,
on the 7th day of April in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and seventy three the same
being the first Monday in said month for the non-pay-
ment of Taxes assessed thereon for the years 1871, 1872
& 1873 and which remained unpaid on the day of
such sale together with the costs and charges due
thereon the following pieces or parcels of land were
sold to Elizabeth A. Wasson who was one of the best
