Alachua County  } This Indenture made and entered
into, this the second day of April, in the year of
our Lord Eighteen Hundred and Seventy four, (1874)
between Laura Dell and her husband John B.
Dell, who joins her in the execution of this Deed,
both of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida the parties of the first part, and
Archelaus Hague of the said State of Florida
and Alachua County the party of the second part,
Witnesseth: That for and in consideration of the sum
of Four Hundred Dollars, in hand paid by the
party of the second part to the said parties of the
first part, the receipt whereof his hereby acknowl-
edged, the said parties of the first part have bar-
gained, sold, aliened and conveyed and by these pres-
ents, do sell, convey and confirm unto the said part-
ty of the second part, and to his heirs and assigns
all that certain piece or parcel of land lying and being
situate in said State of Florida and County of
Alachua, and known and described as the
North West Quarter of the North East Quarter
of section twenty nine, Township Eight Range Nine-
teen, South and East containing forty acres (40)
with appurtenances. To have and to hold unto
the said party of the second part, and to his 
heirs and assigns in fee simple absolute title
forever. And the said parties of the first part, for
themselves and their heirs do by these presents
do warrant and bind themselves forever to defend
unto the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns the title and the undisturbed possession
and enjoyment of said above granted land and prem-
ises, together with all the appurtenances thereunto
belonging against themselves and against the claims
of all other persons. In testimony whereof the said parties
of the first part have hereunto set their hands and af-
fixed their seals this the day and year first above
written.
