Alachua County  } Personally appeared before
me W.H. Belton, Clerk, John B. Dell, well known
to be the person whose name is signed to the
foregoing Deed as a subscribing witness, and after
being duly sworn, upon oath says that he saw the
above grantors execute the same for the purposes
therein expressed, and that said affiant and John
B. Dell signed the same as subscribing witnesses

Alachua County  } This Indenture made this first day
of November in the year of our Lord, One thousand
eighty hundred and seventy three, between Wil=
liam T. Carlton of the said County and State
of the one part and Susannah Carlton, wife
of said William T. Carlton of the same place
on the other part: Witnesseth: That the said Wil=
liam T. Carlton, for and in consideration of nat=
ural love and affection which I have and
bar to my said Wife Susannah Carlton, and
for and in consideration of the sum of five dol=
lars cash, in hand paid by the said Susannah
Carlton, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, have given and granted, unto the said 
Susannah Carlton, her heirs and assigns, all
that tract of land situate, lying and being in
the County of Alachua Known and described as fol=
lows:- The S.E. 1/4 of S.E. 1/4 of Sections 11 Township 12
Range 22, and S.E. 1/4 of the S.W. 1/4, Section 12, Range
22 Township 12, also the S.W. 1/4 of S.W. 1/4 Section 12,
Township 12, South of Range 22 East. Also the East
and of Fractional Section No. 14, in Township 12,
South of Range 22, commencing at the North East
corner of said section and running thence West
444 yards thence due South to Orange Lake,
said to contain twenty acres, more or less,
