with all the rights, members, appurtenances to the
said lot of land belonging or in any wise apper
taining.- To have and to hold the aforesaid des-

Carlton her heirs and assigns together

I, Elias Bauknight and wife Henrietta M. Bauknight
of the county and state aforesaid for and in consider-
ation of the sum of Twelve Hundred (1200.00) dollars
to us paid by William E. Bauknight of the county and
state aforesaid, the receipt we do hereby acknowledge and
by these presents do grant, bargain sell and release unto the
