the S.W. Quarter Section. Bounded east and south
by lands deeded to John M. Feaster from the Arodondo
Grant and now claimed by Mrs S.C. Cameron and
Mrs M.E. Rieves, West by land owned by E. Bauk-
night, North by land owned by John M. Feaster-
Starting at S.E. corner S.W. 1/4 Section (33) running
west 30 1/2 chains, thence north 40 chains to the half
section line, thence East 30 1/2 chains, thence south to
the starting place. Being and lying in the county and
state aforesaid - being a part of the Aredondo grant
together with all and singular rights members hered
itaments and appurtenances to the same or in
anywise incident to have and to hold all and sin-
gular the premises and boundaries aforesaid mentioned,
unto the said William E. Bauknight his heirs and
assigns forever. And we do hereby bind ourselves our
heirs executors and assigns to warrant and forever de-
fend the aforesaid premises and boundaries against all
other persons lawfully claiming the same or any
part thereof. In witness whereof we have hereunto af-
fixed our names and scrawl for seal this April
15th 1873.

all her rights of dower in and to the premises con-
veyed by her and her said husband to William E.
