This Indenture made this eighth day of May in the year
eighteen hundred and seventy-two between Charles W. Brush of
Baltimore city, and state of Maryland, Executor of the last
will and testament of Nehemiah Brush deceased, of the
first part and Rebecca Gass of Alachua County, State of
Florida of the second part.
Whereas, Nehemiah Brush by his last will and tes-
tament, dated the tenth day of March, in the year eighteen
hundred and forty-three, duly admitted to probate and now
of record in the office of the Clerk of Alachua County and
State of Florida, authorized and empowered his executors
therein named, to sell and convey certain real estate also
in said Will named.
And Whereas the party hereto of the first
part, the surviving executor named in said will, by
virtue of such authority, has sold to the said party, hereto of
the second part, a portion of said real estate, which is
hereinafter described, for the sum of three hundred dollars |
