North to 1/2 Section line - thence West to Section line
being all in the County and State aforesaid being in the
Arrodonda Grant together with all and singular
the rights, members, hereditaments, and appurtenances
to the same or in any wise belonging - To have and to
hold all and singular the premises and boundaries
aforesaid mentioned to the said Dora E. Bauknight
her heirs and assigns forever. And I do hereby bind
myself my heirs executors and administrators to forever
warrant and defend the aforesaid premises and
boundaries against myself my executors and
assigns and all other persons lawfully claim
ing the same or any part thereof. In witness
whereof I hereunto affix my name and scrawl

Henrietta M. Bauknight to me personally
known who having been first examined by
me separate and apart from her said husband Elias
Bauknight did acknowledge that she did
relinquish and renounce all her rights of
Dower in and to the premises conveyed by her
husband to Dora E. Bauknight in the foregoing
Deed dated Sept 17th 1873 freely and voluntary
and without any compulsion, constraint, ap=
prehension or fear of or from her said
husband and the said Henrietta in testimo
ny thereof did hereunto set her hand and
seal.
