he did sign and execute the foregoing Deed
made by him to Dora E. Bauknight made by

1873 for the purposes set forth in said Deed.

This Indenture made and entered into
this November 14th A.D. 1873, between Elias Bouknight
and Henrietta Bouknight, wife of the said Elias
who joins in this Indenture for the purpose of
relinquishing and conveying all her right of dower
in and to the premises hereinafter mentioned and
described of the first part. Witnesseth:- That the par-
ties of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of fifty ($50.00) dollars, to them paid,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
granted, bargained and sold, and by these pres-
ents do grant, bargain and sell to the party
of the second part, and do hereby convey unto
her all that Town Lot in the Town of Micano-
py Known and described as follows:- to wit:
Beginning at the N. Eastern corner of the lot
now owned by G.W. Means and running
due East ninety (90) feet to the Public Square
From thence due South along the Public
Square, one hundred and five (105) feet, and
terminating on the Public Square where the street
running from Newnansville now enters said Square
from thence due West along the Newnansville
street, to the eastern corner of the lot owned by G.W.
Means, ninety (90) feet, and from thence along
the Southern boundary of said lot, to the N. eastern
corner of the same, the distance of one hundred and
five (105) feet.- To have and to hold to the
said party of the second part all our right:
title and interest in and to the foregoing
described premises and the appurtenances |
