This Indenture made and entered this November the
14th day A.D. 1873, between Elias Bouknight and Henrietta
M. Bouknight, wife of the said Elias, who joins in this
indenture for the purposes of relinquishing and conveying
all of her right of Dower in and to the premises hereinafter
mentioned and described of the first part, and Susan Drucilla
Barr of the Second part. Witnesseth:- That the parties of the
first part for and in consideration of the sum of twelve
hundred (1200.00) dollars to them paid, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargain and sold, and
by these presents do grant, bargain and sell unto the party
of the second part and do hereby convey unto her all that
tract of land known as Section twenty nine (29) Township
eleven (11) Range twenty (20) Less one hundred and and
sixty (160) acres, taken off of the eastern portion of said
section, and described as follows- Starting at the S.E.
corner of said section, running W. (16) C. thence N. (34) C to
Still Branch, thence down the center of said Branch to
Levi Prairie from thence to N. Section Line, thence east
to corner of Section thence S. to starting point conveyed
to Millage P. Bouknight, May 1st 1873. To have and
to hold to the party of the second part all our right title
and interest in and to the foregoing described prem-
ises, and the appurtenances thereto appertaining, as
against our heirs, executors &c. In testimony whereof
we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our
seals this December the 10th A.D. 1873.

Elias Bouknight did acknowledge that she did relinquish

freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion, con
