This Indenture made the nineteenth day of Janu
art, Anno Domini Eighteen hundred and seven-
ty four between Edward Lutz of the town of Waldo,
County of Alachua and State of Florida, party of
the first part and Albert T. Gatschet, of the City of
New York, County of New York, and State of New
York, party of the second part: Witnesseth:- That the
said party of the first for and in consideration
of the sum of twenty and five Dollars to him in hand
paid by the said party of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged has given, granted aliened
bargained sold transferred and do by these presents give
grant, alien, bargain, sell transfer and convey unto the
said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns
forever, all that certain lot tract or parcel of land, situate
lying and being according to the United States Land Survey
in the section Thirty six, Township Eight South of
Range twenty one East, in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, this Section making part of
what is called Bloomingdale Colony, and said Lot
