Know all men by these presents that we,
Olivia A. Porter and Watson Porter, her husband, of
the County of Alachua and State of Florida in con-
sideration of the sum of Four Hundred Dollars to me
in hand paid and by us received, do hereby bargain
sell, grant and convey unto Annie L. Barton, of said
County and State, to her heirs and assigns forever,
an undivided half interest, in and to the following
described lots, parcels or tracts of land, lying and being
situate in the County and State aforesaid and known
and described as follows to wit:- Section twenty seven, town=
ship ten, Range nineteen S.& E. containing five hundred
acres more or less. Also fractional section twenty six, town
ship ten, Range nineteen S.& E., containing one hun=
dred and five acres more or less. Also the Southeast
half of Section twenty eight, Township ten, Range nine=
teen, S.& E. containing three hundred and twenty acres
of land more or less. Also that tract described as in
Township ten Range nineteen S.& .E. and bounded as fol=
lows to wit: beginning in the South East line of the
Geo I.F. Clarks Grant, at a point two hundred and nine
feet from the East corner of said Grant, thence run
ning South Westerly along said boundary to the South
corner of said Grant, thence North Easterly along the
Southwest boundary of said Grant one hundred and
fifteen chains and eighty eight links to a point nine
chains and twelve links from the West corner of said Grant
thence North seventy one degrees and forty five minutes East
forty one chains and thirty four links to a point two
hundred and nine feet from the North East boun
dary line of said Grant, thence South Easterly in
a Straight line parallel to the Northeast boundary |
