Alachua County } This Indenture made and entered
into this the 28th day of February A.D. Eighteen
Hundred and Seventy Four, between John R. Hague
the party of the first part, and W. Wash Scott, (Trus=
tee, for Martha Hague and her children) the party of
the second part, Witnesseth:- That the said party
of the first part, for and in consideration of love
and affection, for the said Martha Hague and her
children, him the said party of the first part there
unto moving has bargained, sold, aliened, remised
released, transferred, conveyed and confirmed and
does by these presents, bargain sell, alien, remise,
release, transfer, give grant, convey and confirm unto
the said party of the second part, all the right, title, in=
terest and property of him the said party of the first
part, in and to that certain tract or parcel of land
situate, lying and being in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida aforesaid and known and being
described in the United States Survey as the S 1/2
& NW 1/4 Sec 21 & SW 1/4 & W 1/2 SE 1/4 Sec 16 T 8, R 19, containing
Seven Hundred and twenty acres, more or less
and also one Town Lot in the Town of Gainesville
County of Alachua State aforesaid Known and
described in a deed from James H. Roper, as the
S 1/2 of the lot where A.T. Banks, resided at the time
of the drawing of the aforesaid deed by the aforesaid
J.H. Roper beginning on the Street leading from the
depot to Gainesville running east from said street
Two Hundred and Ten (210) feet, thence North one
hundred and five (105) feet thence West two hundred
and ten (210) feet thence South one hundred and five
(105) feet to the place of beginning containing one half
acre, together with all and singular the tenements heredit=
aments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining. To have and to hold the said de=
scribed premises to him the said party of the second
part as Trustee for the said Martha Hague and her children
now in being and hereafter to be born and his suc=
cessors in Trust for the sole and only use, benefit
and behoof of her the said Martha Hague and her
said children. In witness whereof the said party of the
