T.H. Cats, one of the witnesses to the foregoing Deed
who being duly sworn says that he saw the same
executed for the purposes therein set forth and 
that he, together with O.B. Reynolds, signed the same
as witnesses.

This indenture made this first day of January in
the year of Our Lord One thousand Eighteen Hundred
& Seventy Four Between P.W.W. Sparkman, of Waldo,
Alachua County and State of Florida of the first part and
R.B. Weeks of Waldo, Alachua County and State of Florida of the
second part. Witnesseth:- That the said party of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of of Two
Thousand ($200000) Dollars, in lawful money of the 
United States, to him in hand paid by the said party
of the second part at and before the sealing and deliv=
ery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby ac=
knowledged, Hath granted, bargained, sold aliened, en=
feoffed, released and conveyed and doth by these pres=
ents grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release and
convey unto the said party of the second part, his
heirs and assigns forever. That certain piece or parcel
or tract of land lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and better known as part of the
SE1/4 South East Quarter of the NW1/4 North Quarter
of section Twenty Three (23) Township Eight (T8) of Range
Twenty one East (R 21E) lying in the South East side
of the Florida Railroad containing (20) Twenty acres more
