three (23), Township Eight (8) South of Range Twenty
One East (R 21 E), all of said lot, lying South East of
Florida Rail Road, containing fifteen acres more or less
making together in all Thirty five acres more or less
To have and to hold, the above described premises to-
gether with all and singular the rights and priv-
ileges, c*****ties, thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining unto the said party of the second
part, and his heirs and assigns, forever, and
the said party of the first part do covenant and agree
that they are seized of a good and indefeasible
fee simple to the above premises, That they have a
good right to convey the same, full and discharged from
all encumbrances and laws of any and every nature
and description. And that the said party of the second
part, his heirs and assigns shall quietly and pea=
ceably enjoy the above described premises against all
persons whosoever, lawfully claiming the same, and
they will at any and all times make such further
advances at their expenses, as the said party of
the second part, his heirs and assigns or coun=
sel learned in the law may require In testimony
