quarter of the North west quarter of Section twelve (12) all in Town
ship eight (8) Range nineteen(19) east containing two hundred
and thirty (230) acres, more or less. Also the South half of Lot.
No. two (2) of Section twelve (12) Township eight (8), South of 
Range nineteen (19) east, containing thirty five (35) acres and 44/100
of an acre. Also the North east quarter of South east quarter of
Section (12) Township eight (8) South of Range nineteen 19
East. To have and to hold the said pieces or parcels of
land to the said Thomas B. Frazer as Executor as aforesaid
his heirs and assigns in fee simple = Provided, Nevertheless
That if the said Matthew Ennis, shall pay unto the said 
Thomas B. Frazer as Executor as aforesaid, his Executors,
Administrators or assigns the amount of the several promis
sory notes each for the sum of Three Hundred and Sixty
seven Dollars and sixty six and 2/3 cents ($367 2/3)and as follows
One for three hundred and Sixty seven 66 2/3 /100 Dollars due and
payable on the first day of January 1873. One for three hun-
dred and Sixty seven 66 2/3 /100 Dollars due and payable on the first
day of January 1874. One for three hundred and Sixty seven
66 2/3 /100 Dollars due and payable on the first day of January
1875. Said notes bearing even dates with these presents and
given to be paid as above with all legal interest which
may be due upon the same, and all expenses which may
be incurred by the said Thomas B. Frazer in collecting
the same. Then as well this Deed as the above described
promissory notes to be utterly void Otherwise to remain in
full force. In witness whereof, the Matthew Ennis, has
hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year above
written.
