Deed Warranty - 
                This Indenture made the 23 day of
April in the year one thousand eight hundred and
seventy four between Edward Lutz of the State of
Florida of the first part and Burl T. Hitchcock of
the City and State of New York of the second part
Witnesseth that the said party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of One
hundred shares of Stock in the Keith Nickel-
Plating Company of New York to me in hand paid
by the said party of the second part at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted
bargained, sold aliened remised, released conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents does grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and
confirm unto the said party of the second part
and to his heirs and assigns forever all those certain
tracts or parcels of land in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida known and described in
the survey as surveyed and maps of the United
States Land Office as the South West quarter of
the South west quarter of Section twenty four (24)
containing forty acres and the South half of
section twenty six (26) containing three hundred
and twenty acres and all of Section thirty six
(36) containing six hundred and eighty eight
acres more or less, (excepting two lots of said
section sold, (one of twelve acres and a half to Ibert
Anham and the other of five acres sold to Albert
Gatschet in Township eight (8) South of
Range twenty one (21) East; (also lot five (5) and
the south half of lot three (3) or the south half of
south west quarter and the south west quarter of
the south East quarter of Section thirty (30) in Town-
ship eight (8) south Range twenty two East containing
one hundred and twenty two acres more or less and
amounting in all to eleven hundred and fifty (1150)
acres and fifty one hundredths of an acre. Together
with all and singular, the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining and the reversions remainder & remainders
