Alachua County  } This indenture made and entered into
this the 22nd day of April in the year of our Lord, eighteen-
hundred and seventy three ~1873~ between A.G. Vineyard
of said state and county, party of the first part, and Mrs.
Ellen Ashby, the party of the seond part: Witnesseth:-
      That for and in consideration of the sum of two-
hundred dollars, paid by the party of the second part, to
the party of the first part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, the said party of the first part has bargained,
sold, aliened and conveyed, and by these presents does sell
