Alachua County  } This Indenture made and entered into
this 27th day of November, in the year (1873) one thousand
eight hundred and seventy three, Between Sydney M. Sykes
of the first part, and B.F. Rucker of the second part both
of the County and State above written. Witnesseth:- That
the party of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of thirty four ($34) dollars, to him in hand paid
at the delivery of these presents, by the said party of the
second part of the second part, the following parcels
of land, namely:- The W1/2 of the NW1/4 of section 32 Township 
9 Range 14: W1/2 of S.W. 1/4 of Section 29, Township 9, Range 14 NW
1/4 of SW1/4 of Section 29 Township 9, Range 14. Containing 200
acres, more or less for the consideration above written, to=
gether with all the appurtenances to his heirs and assigns
to their sole benefit and use forever. In witness whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the day and
