against all persons whatsoever lawfully claim-
ing the same,- and that it will at any and all times
make such further covenants, conveyances and
assurances at the expenses of the said party of the
second part her heirs or assigns, or counsel learned

Alachua County  } Know all men by these presents that
Thomas C. Kettles of the County of Alachua County and
State aforesaid in consideration of the sum of Five
Hundred Dollars to me paid by Saunders Williams
of the said County and State the receipt whereof I do
hereby acknowledge I do hereby give grant, sell and
convey unto the said Saunders Williams, his heirs
and assigns all that piece of land bounded and
described as follows; North half of Fractional section
Thirty four, Township Eleven, Range Eighteen on
the Arredondo Grant one hundred and sixteen acres
more or less with all the improvements on said land = To
have and to hold the aforegranted premises to the said Saun
ders Williams his heirs and assigns to their use and behoof
forever - And I, the said Thomas C. Kettles do hereby for
myself my heirs executors and administrators do covenant 
with the said Saunders Williams, his heirs and assigns,
that I am lawfully seized in fee simple of the afore-
