my heirs, executors and administrators will and
by these presents doth warrant and defend the
said premises to the said Saunders Williams his
heirs and assigns forever against the lawful de-
mands of all persons. In witness whereof I, the 
said Thomas C. Kettles together with Elizabeth Ket-
tles my wife, who hereby relinquishes her right of Dower
in the premises, have hereunto set our hands and 
seals, the the twenty first day of December AD 1873

Alachua County  } Know all men by these presents that
I, J. Washington Tison of the County of Alachua State of
Florida, United States of America in consideration of the
love, and one Dollar to me in hand paid by my dear be-
loved wife Sallie Martha Tison of the same County and
State the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge do
hereby give grant sell and convey unto my wife the said
Sallie Martha Tison, her heirs and assigns all of my, J.
Washington Tison's Interest right title Now or will be in
my Father's Estate, James Tison, on claim of inheritage, or
otherwise inheriting in said Estate and all the apperten-
ances thereunto belonging or may belong and all the im-
provements, and the assets accruing from the land from
year to year. To have and to hold the aforegranted
premises by right of inheritage to the said Sarah Martha
