Tison, her heirs and assigns to her and their use and
Behoof forever. And I, the said J. Washington Tison
do hereby for myself, my heirs executors and admin-
istrators covenant with the said Sarah Martha Tison
her heirs and assigns that I am lawfully seized in
fee simple of the aforegranted premises in my Father's
Estate, James Tison, situate in the County of Alachua
State of Florida near Waccahoota Florida, well known
that they are free from all encumbrances, that I have
good right to sell and convey the same unto my wife
Sarah Martha Tison, and that I, and my heirs executors
and administrators will and by these presents do war
rant and defend the same premises to the said Sarah Mar-
tha Tison her heirs and assigns forever against the claims
and demands of all persons. In witness whereof, I the said
J. Washington Tison have hereunto set my hand and seal
this the Twenty third day of December AD 1873.
