and in consideration of the sum of Five Dollars lawful
money of the United States to him in hand paid (per acre)
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have remised,
released, sold and conveyed and by these presents doth
remise release sell and convey and quit claim unto the
party of the second part and their heirs and assigns forever
all his right, title interest and claim to the following
described property to wit: the west half (W1/2) of the
NW1/4, and NW1/4 of the SW1/4 of section 12 T 8
Range 21 S & East, containing one hundred and
twenty acres 120 / and also the SE1/4 of SW1/4 and
                  South East quarter
SW1/4 of the SE1/4^of section 14 T 8 Range 21 S & East
less 2 1/2 acres of the last named lot, commencing
sixty yards from the South East corner of said Lot
and running West, the several tracts containing
together 197 1/2 acres more or less, situated lying
and being the Town of Waldo Station Fla Rail Road
County of Alachua and State of Florida, together
with all and singular, the right, title and interest in
and to the appurtenances thereunto belonging and all the
Estate, right, title and interest whatsoever as well
in law as in equity of the said party of the first part
of in and to the same and every part and parcel thereof
with the appertenances. To have and to hold all
and singular the same unto her the said party of the
second part her heirs and assigns forever. In wit
