this the second day of June AD 1874 between De Warren
L. Barton and his wife Annie L. Barton of said State
and County parties of the first part and Olivia A.
Porter wife of Watson Porter of said County of Alachua and
State of Florida the party of the second part. Witnesseth
that for and in consideration of the sum of Five hun-
dred Dollars paid by the party of the second part to the
parties of the first part the receipt whereof is hereby adknowl
