and convey, unto the said party of the second part, his
heirs and assigns, all of the interest of the said party
of the first part, in the following described property, situa-
ted in said state and county: viz:- one undivided
half interest, in the west half of section seventeen ~17~
Range twenty-two ~22~ Township nine ~9~ South and
east, contained three hundred and twenty acres more
or less. Together with all the interest of the said party
of the first part, in the appurtenances thereunto belong-
ing.
To have and to hold, the said granted land and
premises unto the said party of the second party, her
heirs and assigns in fee simple title forever.
And the said party of the first part does by these
presents warrant and defend the said granted title
to the said party of the second part her heirs and
assigns, against himself and all persons claiming
by through or under him.
