west corner of said Block, running thence South seventy one
(71) feet, thence East one hundred and fifty (150) feet,
thence South one hundred and twenty seven (127) feet,
thence East forty three (43) feet, thence North one
hundred and ninety eight (198) feet, thence West one
hundred and ninety three (193) feet to the place of be-
ginning containing nineteen thousand one hundred
and eighty four square feet more or less; also all the
interest right and title of each of the said parties of the
first part respectively to any or all of Block four (4) in
said Range four (4) in said town of Gainesville in 
State and County aforesaid. To have and to hold unto
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
in fee simple absolute title all and every part and
parcel of the above described and mentioned land and
premises together with and including all the interest
of the said parties of the first part respectively in and
to the same. And the said parties of the first part do
by these presents covenant for themselves, their heirs ex-
ecutors and administrators unto the said party of the 
second part her heirs and a free and uninterrupted en-
joyment of the same against themselves and all
other persons whomsoever. In testimony whereof the

Alachua County  } that I, Annie L. Barton wife of De Warren
L. Barton do hereby release and relinquish unto the said
party of the second part in said above deed; viz to the said
Olivia A. Porter all the right of Dower or Dower interest in
any or all of said land that I, the said Annie L. Barton
now have or hereafter may have in and to said above
granted lands themselves or my part thereof. In testimo-
