Henrietta M. Bauknight to me personally known
who being first examined by me separately and apart
from her husband Elias Bauknight did relinquish
and renounce all her right of Dower in and to the
premises conveyed by her and her said husband to
Samuel L. Smith by their forgoing deed dated April
1st AD 1874 freely & voluntarily & without any compulsion
constraint or apprehension or fear of or from her said 
husband and the said Henrietta in testimony hereof
did hereunto set her hand and affix her seal.

Alachua County  } This Indenture made and entered
into this the fourteenth (14) day of February AD one thou-
sand eight hundred and seventy three (1873) between Leander
J. Moore of the first part and Hardy Raulerson of the second
part both of the County and State above named Witnesseth
That the party of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of Tow Hundred and fifty Dollars (250) the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained and
sold and by these presents doth bargain and sell unto 
the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns
