forever Lot No three (3) Block No Ten (10) lying and being
in the Town of Waldo and described on the map of said
Town, together with all and singular the hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise.
appertaining thereto and also all the Estate right title
interest claim or demand of him the said party of the 
first part of, in or to the above granted premises as well
in law as in equity, and every part and parcel thereof
To have and to hold unto him the party of the second part
his heirs and assigns to their sole and proper use benefit
and behoof of the party of the second part his heirs and
assigns forever And for the consideration aforesaid
and for others good and valuable considerations I,
Eliza A. Moore wife of Leander J. Moore party of the first
part do hereby release and quit claim unto the said
Hardy Raulerson party of the second part all my right
claim or possibility of Dower in or out of the within de-
scribed premises. In witness whereof we the said 
Leander L. Moore and Eliza Moore have hereunto set

Alachua County  } On this the 15th of February AD
1873.  before me came Leander J. Moore and Eliza A.
Moore his wife and severally acknowledged that they
executed the within conveyance and the said Eliza
A. Moore on a private examination apart from
her said husband acknowledged that she executed
the within conveyance freely and without any com-
pulsion of her said husband and I certify that I know
the persons to be the same described in and who executed
the above conveyance.
