Alachua County  } This Indenture made March 1st AD 1874
Between Hardee Rauleson of the first and Mrs Catherine
Gay of the second part both of County & State aforesaid
Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of ($600.-) Six Hundred Dollars
to him in hand paid by the party of the second part the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained
and sold and by these presents doth bargain and sell into 
the said party of the second part and to her heirs and
assigns forever lot number three Block number Ten
lying and being in the Town of Waldo and described
on the map of said Town together with all and sing-
ular, the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto apper-
taining or in any wise belonging thereto and also all the
Estate, right title interest, claim or demand whatsoever
of him the said party of the first part either in law
or equity of in and to the above granted premises and
every part and parcel thereof. To have and to hold unto
her the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns
forever to the sole proper use benefit and behoof of the said
party of the second part her heirs and assigns forever.
And for the consideration aforesaid and for other good and
valuable consideration I, Sarah Rauleson wife of Hardee
Rauleson party of the first part do hereby release and quit
claim unto the said Mrs Catherine Gay party of the second
part her heirs and assigns forever, all my right claim or
possession of Dower in or out of the within described
premises. In witness whereof we the said Hardee Rauleson and
Sarah E. Rauleson have hereunto set our hands and seals.

Alachua County  } On this the 1st day of March AD 1874
Hardee Raulerson and Sarah E. Rauleson his wife came
before me and severally acknowledged that they executed
the within conveyance and the said Sarah E. Rauleson
in a private examination apart from her said husband
acknowledged that she signed the within conveyance freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion of her said husband
