Alachua County  } This Indenture made and en-
tered into this fourth day of June one thousand and eight
Hundred and seventy four between C.A. Simmons and
Martha M. Simmons parties of the first part of
the County and State aforesaid and J.C. Thigpen
of the County and State aforesaid of the second part
Witnesseth that the parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of fifty Dollars to them in
hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have bargained granted Aliened sold released and by
these presents do bargain grant and sell unto the
party of the second part all our interest right or claim
to all that parcel or tract of land lying in Alachua
County State of Florida and known as the East half
of the East half of the South East quarter of section
Eighteen Township Ten South, Range 22 East con-
taining forty acres more or less. And the said
parties of the first part will warrant and forever
defend the right, title and interest against ourselves
our heirs executors administrators or assigns forever
unto said premises and every part and parcel
thereof and to the said party of the second part and to
his heirs and assigns forever warrant and defend the
same, the day and year above written. In witness where
if the said parties of the first part have hereunto set their
hands and seals this the day and year first above written.
