part his heirs and assigns the following lot of land sit-
uated in the town of Gainesville Alachua County Florida
designated in the plan of said town as part of Block (2)
Two, Range four (4) being the south East corner of said
Block including the building formerly known as the Su-
wannee House or so much thereof as was conveyed by Deed
of H.S. Harmon, Referee and recorded in the records of
Deeds "H" of Alachua County State of Florida on pages
422 and 423 and being the same premises and land
therein described - running North fifty two and a half
feet, thence west fifty two and a half feet, thence South
fifty two and a half feet, thence East fifty two and a half
feet to the point of beginning, containing one fourth of
an acre more or less - To have and to hold all and singular
the above described land and premises together with all the
rights, titles, privileges and appurtenances thereunto belong-
ing unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns in fee simple title forever as fully and complete
ly as the said parties of the first part are authorized and
empowered by virtue of the aforesaid Deed of conveyance
by said referee. And the said parties of the first part
by these presents warrant to defend the same to the parties of
the second part his heirs and assigns against themselves
and all persons claiming by, through or under them. In
