E.J. Williams well known to be the person who executed
the above relinquishment of Dower and the wife of Newton
Williams one of the grantors in the above deed, personally
appeared before me in presence of the Hon A.B. Roberts
the Judge of said Court and separate and apart from
her said husband acknowledged that the said relin
quishment & renunciation of Dower is made freely
and voluntarily and without any compulsion, constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.
Taken and acknowledged before me in the presence {E.J. Williams

knowledgement of Dower was taken by and before the clerk
of said County in my presence and made in my presence
and that the said Tho A. Ireland who acted as clerk and
whose name is above signed as such, is clerk of the
court of which I am Judge, this 26th day of August 1873
