Alachua County  } Whereas I, Cosmo O. Bailey as
Commissioner was by an order of the Probate Court
in and for Alachua County Florida made and
rendered on the 4th day of June AD 1874 duly and
legally authorized and empowered to sell the Real
Estate hereinafter described belonging to the Estate
of James B. Bailey deceased for the payment of the
debts, taxes and charges of said Estate and whereas
due and legal publication of the time and place of
said sale was made pursuant to law and in
accordance with said order, and whereas, I did on
the sixth day of July AD 1874 as such commissioner
sell the said land as hereinafter described at public
auction before the Court House door in the town
of Gainesville Florida pursuant to said publication
and order and whereas Francis X. Miller became
the purchaser of said land at said public sale
for the sum of One Hundred and sixty Dollars he
being the highest bidder therefor and that being the
sale has been confirmed by an order and decree of
the Probate Court in and for Alachua County
Florida made and rendered on the 15th day of
July AD 1874, and I, as commissioner thereof au-
thorized and required to make a title Deed to him
the said Francis X. Miller to the land hereinafter
