Cullen who being duly sworn says that he saw Cosmo
O. Bailey as commissioner sign seal and deliver the
foregoing instrument of writing for the uses and
purposes therein contained and expressed and that
he together with W.H. Belton Signed the same as sub-
scribing witnesses thereto-        }

This Indenture made on the twenty fourth day of
January in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight Hun-
dred and seventy four between John H. Markey and
Martha A. Markey of the County of Bradford of the first
part and Eli Futch of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida of the second part Witnesseth, That the said
parties of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of Three Hundred Dollars to them in hand paid
by the said party of the second part at or before the enseal-
ing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged and granted bargained sold al-
iened released remised conveyed and confirmed and by
these presents doth grant bargain sell alien, release, re-
mise, convey and confirm unto the said party of the
first second and to his heirs and assigns all of the
following lots or parcels of land lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida known and
described as follows; the SE 1/4 of section Eight (8) Town-
ship seven (7) Range nineteen (19) and West 1/2 of South
west 1/4 Section nine (9) Township seven (7) Range nineteen
(19) S & E and north west 1/4 of North West 1/4 Section sixteen
(16) Township seven (7) Range nineteen (19) S & E and NE 1/4
of NE 1/4 Section seven(7) Township seven (7) Range nineteen
(19) S & E containing in all Three Hundred and twenty (320)
acres more or less = Together with all and singular
the lands, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
