Thomas N. Milton before whom the foregoing deed

This Indenture made and entered into this seventh day
of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and seventy four between Ozias Buddington
of the County of Clay and State of Florida of the first part
and Ozias A. Buddington and Emma Richard both of
