knowledged has granted bargained and sold and by
these presents doth grant bargain and sell unto the said
heirs and
parties of the second part and their^assigns all that
piece or parcel of land situate in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida to wit; Lot No five of Fractional
section Twenty six; Lot no two of Fractional Section Thirty
five and Lots no four and five of Fractional section
Thirty six in Township six south of Range fifteen East
in the District of land subject to sale at St Augustine
Florida, containing four hundred and ten acres and
fifty hundreths of an acre = together with all the
appurtenances thereto and all the Estate right, title
interest claim and demand of the said party of the
first part therein. And the said Ozias Buddington
party of the first part does hereby expressly waive release
relinquish and convey unto the said parties of the second
part and their heirs & executors administrators and assigns
all the right title claim interest and benefit in and to
the above described premises and each and every part
thereof which is given by or results from any law of this
State pertaining to the exemption of homesteads. And
the said Ozias Buddington for himself his heirs, ex-
ecutors and administrators does covenant bargain and
agree to and with the party of the second part his
heirs and assigns that the above bargained premises
in the quiet and peaceable possession of the parties of
the second part their heirs and assigns and the said
party of the first part shall and will warrant and
forever defend In witness whereof the said party of the first part
has hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year first above written.
