Alachua County } Be it known that M.E. Meyers, wife of
O.A. Meyers personally comes before me R.W. Roberds a Justice
of the peace in and for said county, and being personally
and privately examined, acknowledges that she relin-
quishes and renounces her right and claim of dower in
the parcel of ground or lot and in the tenements heredit-
aments and appurtenances, described as Block two ~2~
Range five ~5~ in the town of Gainesville and said state
and county, freely and voluntarily, and without compul-
sion, constraint or fear from or of her said husband.
In witness whereof I hereto set my hand officical
signature and seal this the 22nd day of April, A.D. 1873.

Alachua County } This indenture made this 22nd day
of April in the year of our Lord, Eighteen hundred and
seventy-three between M. Emma McKinstry, James F.
McKinstry, M. Emma Robertson, and William H. Robertson
in right of his wife, of the state and county aforesaid, of the
first part, and Oscar A. Meyers, of the same state and
county, of the second part, Witnesseth, That for and in con-
sideration of the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars
to the said parties of the first part in hand paid, the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said parties of the
first part have granted sold and conveyed, and by these
presents do grant, bargain sell and convey, unto the said
party of the second part, his heis and assigns, all our joint
or several interests, right, title and claim in and to the
following described parcel of ground or lot, to wit:-
Block two ~2~ Range five ~5~ lying and being in
the town of Gainesville, of said county and state, and par-
cel of the town lot of said town, according to the survey |
