May being examined separate and apart from her said
husband acknowledged to me that without any compul-
sion, constraint, fear or apprehension of or from her said
husband, she did relinquish and renounce all her right
of Dower in the land conveyed by Thomas J. May to Thos
C. Ellis, dated July 20th AD 1874

Alachua County } This Indenture made this the 8th day
of March A.D. 1874 Between Eliza Denton, of said State
and County of the first part and Mitty Denton, of the
second part Witnesseth:- That for and in consideration of
One Hundred Dollars to her in hand paid, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does grant, bargain, sell
and convey unto the party of the second part, all that
tract or parcel of land, lying and being in said County
and State as follows viz: Lots numbered four in Sec 33, T.9.
R. 19, containing 90 80/100 acres more or less. To have
and to hold the same unto the party of the second
part, her heirs and assigns in fee simple forever.
