Alachua County  } This Indenture made this the
first day of March A.D. 1874, Between Elizabeth Denton
of said State and County of the first part and
her children and grand children viz: Mittie Denton
Rachael Denton Ella D. Tucker and the children
of Gilbert L. Denton, parties of the second part,
Witnesseth: That the said party of the first for and
in consideration of love and affection that she
has for her children and in further consideration
of Two Hundred and fifty Dollars ($250oo) does
grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the parties of the
second part, all that tract or parcel of land, lying
and being in the same State and County, as
follows, viz: To Mitty Denton and Rachael Denton
Lots number (5) five, (6) Six and (7) seven, in sections (9)
nine and (10) Ten, T. 10 R. 19. South and east con-
taining in all four hundred and ninety six (496)
acres more or less. To Ella D. Tucker, Lots num-
bered two (2) and (4) four in section 9 and 10, 
T. 10, R. 19, S&E containing containing in all (365) Three
Hundred and sixty five acres, more or less And
to the children of Gilbert L. Denton, viz: G.J. Denton Jr,
F.B. Denton John V. Denton, and Ernest B. Denton:
To Lots numbered (3) three in Sec T 9. R 19 S & E
containing 90 80/100 acres more or less, also lot num=
bered one in sec 9 & 10 T 10. R. 19. S & E. containing (182)
One hundred and Eighty two acres more or less 
To have and to hold unto the parties of the sec=
ond part, respectively their heirs and assigns in
fee simple forever. In testimony whereof witness
