County of Alachua} This Indenture made this the third
day of March, Eighteen Hundred and seventy four
between John J. Thompson, of the first part, and R.L.
Watson of the second part, both of said County
and State, Witnesseth: That the said John J. Thompson
for good and valuable consideration the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, hath granted sold and
conveyed to said R.R. Wilson, a certain parcel of land
in the Town of Newnansville Fla Known in the survey
of said Town, a Block No (3), Lot No. (4), Range No.
(1) commencing at a corner stake of said town
land plat, thence running south one hundred and
five (105) feet front, thence one hundred and five
(105) feet West, thence one hundred and five feet
East to place of beginning. To have and to hold the
said granted premises, to said R.L. Wilson, his
heirs and assigns in fee simple. In witness whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this the day and
year above written. }
