fractional part of section five Township Ten, Range
Twenty commencing at the south East corner of the
land, West of the Town of Gainesville Florida
now owned by Thomas C. Ellis Thence running
East along the line of the Atlantic Gulf and West
India Transit Company's Railroad One thousand
four hundred and fifty eight feet to within twenty
feet of the Western boundary line of the lot in
said Town of Gainesville, Florida now owned by
Mrs Jennie Bevill thence North Fifteen and one
half chains, thence West to the Eastern boundary
line of said land of Thos C. Ellis thence South
to place of beginning, containing Twenty Three acres
more or less. To have and to hold the same, together
with the tenements hereditaments, and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining
to him the said John W. Cannon, in Trust for Alex=
ander D. Cannon his heirs, executors, administrators
and assigns in fee simple forever. In witness whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and affix

This Indenture made this sixth day of September

of the first part and Jonathan W. Childs of Alachua
County Florida, Witnesseth that the said party of the
