is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have, granted,
bargained, sold, remised, released, aliened and confirmed
and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell remise
release, alien and confirm unto the said party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns, forever all those
certain pieces or parcels of land, situate and being
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
and described as follows to wit: Section thirty six
in Township number nine, and Section number
one, two, Seventy six, thirty five and thirty six in
Township number Ten, Range Eighteen South and
East, containing three thousand Eight hundred
and forty acres, Also the south half of Lot one
Block three Range seven, in the Town of Gaines
ville, according the to the plat of the survey of
1866. Together with all and singular the heredita
ments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or
in any wise appertaining and the reversion and
reversions, remainder, remainders, rents issues and
profits thereof, and all the estate, right, title in=
terest and demand whatsoever of the said party
of the first part, either in Law or Equity of in
and to the above bargained premises with the 
entire hereditaments and appurtenances. To
have and to hold
have and to hold the said premises as above
described with the appurtenances, unto the said
party of the second part, and to her heirs and
assigns forever. And the said party of the first 
part for his heirs, executors and administrators,
does covenant, grant bargain and agree to
and with the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns that at the time of the
ensealing and delivery of these presents, he is
well seized of the premises above granted, as
of a good sure perfect absolute and indefeasi=
ble Estate of inheritance in the Law in Fee
Simple, and that the said lands are free from
all incumbrances whatsoever and that the above bar
gained  premises, in the quiet and peaceful pos=
session of the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns against all and every person
or persons lawfully claiming or to claim the whole
