Alachua County  }  Be it known that Isabella F. McKinstry
wife of J.F. McKinstry, personally comes before me R.W.
Roberds a Justice of the Peace in and for said county and being
personally and privately examined acknowledges that she re-
linquishes and renounces her rights of dower in the parcel
of ground or lot, and the tenements hereditaments, and appur-
tenances thereunto belonging described in the foregoing deed
freely and voluntarily, and without compulsion, constraint
or fear, from or of her said husband. In witness whereof
she hereto sets her hand and seal the day and year first
