(40) acres for the use and benefit of my said son
his heirs & assigns forever with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments & appurtenances there
unto belonging or in anywise appertaining to have
and to hold all & singular the above described
premises together with the appurtenances to my
said son his heirs and assigns forever. In
