of the time and place of said sale was made pursu=
ant to law and in accordance with said order and
whereas I did, on the Sixth day of July A.D. 1874, as such
Commissioner, sell the said land as hereinafter described
at public outcry before the Court House door in the
town of  Gainesville, Florida, pursuant to said publica=
tion and order. And whereas Eliza McIntire became
the purchaser of said land, at said public sale for
the sum of Fifty (5000) Dollars, she being the highest
bidder therefor, and that being the highest bid for
the same, and whereas the said sale has been con=
firmed by an order and decree of the Probate Court
in and for Alachua County, Florida made and ren-
dered this on the 15th day of July, A.D. 1874. And I as Com=
missioner thereby authorized and required to make a
Title Deed to her the said Eliza McIntire, to the
Land hereinafter described. Now, therefore know all men
by these presents that I, Cosmo O. Bailey as Com=
missioner as aforesaid for and in consideration of
the sum of Fifty Dollars, to me in hand paid at
and before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents, the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge
have granted, bargained, sold, and conveyed, and by
these presents do grant, bargain sell and convey unto
her, the said Eliza McIntire, of the County of Alach
ua, in the state of Florida, the following described
real estate, the same being the land sold to her at
said sale aforesaid, to wit: All that certain piece
or parcel of land, lying and being situate in
Section 32, Township (9) Range (20) and described
as follows:- Commencing at a stake thirty three feet
from South west corner of Lot owned by Johnson Chest=
nut, thence North Two Hundred and nine (209)
feet, thence East Tow Hundred and nine (209)
feet to place of commencement, containing one acre
more or less.  To Have and to Hold, the same to=
gether with the tenements, hereditaments and ap=
purtenances to the same belonging or in any
wise appertaining to her the said Eliza McIntire, her
heirs, executors, administrators and assigns in
fee simple forever. In witness whereof I, the said
Cosmo O. Bailey as Commissioner aforesaid
have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this
