Northern District of Florida, ss:- Know all men by these
presents that Jonathan C. Greely of the City of
Jacksonville in the County of Duval and State
of Florida has here duly appointed assignee
of the Estate of John Haile, of Archer, in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida, who
has been adjudged Bankrupt by Decree of this
Court. Now, therefore I, Franklin Fraser, regis=
ter of said Court in Bankruptcy by virtue of
the authority vested in me by the fourteenth sec=
tion of the act of Congress entitled an act
to establish a uniform system of Bankruptcy
throughout the United States, approved March 2, 1867 do
hereby convey and assign to said Jonathan C.
Greely, assignee as aforesaid, all the real Estate
Real and personal, of the said John Haile Bankrupt |
