including ll property of whatever kind of which
he is possessed, or in which he was interested, or enti
tled to have on the fifth day of March A.D. One
thousand Eight Hundred and seventy four, to=
gether with all his D*ells Books and papers re=
lating thereto saving and excepting such property
as is exempted from the operation of this assignment
by the provisions of said Fourteenth Sect. Act To have
and to hold all the foregoing premise to the said Jon
othan C. Greely and to his heirs forever. In trust
nevertheless for the use and purposes and with the
powers and subject to the conditions and limitations
prescribed and set forth in said act. In witness whereof

Alachua County  } This Indenture made this 7th
day of August 1874 between Oscar A. Myers of said 
State and County of the first part and Susan C. Clark
of the same State & County Witnesseth that for and in
consideration of the sum of three Hundred & twenty
Dollars to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged the party of the first part hath bar
gained sold conveyed and granted & by these presents
doth bargain convey sell & grant unto her the party of the 
second part the following described tract of land
to wit; the North 1/2 of Sec 11 Township 7 South Range 18
East, situated in said County= To have & to hold the said
tract of land unto the said party of the second part
forever. And the said party of the first part doth war-
rant & will defend said premises unto the said party
of the second part against the claims of all persons whomso
ever. In witness whereof he doth hereto set his hand & seal
