(not an heir) shall have been first paid in full
for such Lands to said Commissioners.
   And whereas the said Samuel C.C. Chambers
not being an heir to the said Moses E. Levy or
entitled to a distributive share in the Estate of said
and having failed to pay the purchase money for
the Lands bid off by him as aforesaid the
same was reported to the Court and the said
Commissioners were by an order of the said
Court dated on the 20th day of April 1874 di-
rected to sell said Lands at Gainesville Alachua
County Florida on the first Monday of June 1874
giving thirty days previous notice of the same by
public auction in the Florida Union published
at Jacksonville Florida = And whereas in pur
suance of the Decree of Court rendered on the 9th
day of March 1870 and of said order rendered on
the 20th day of April 1874 the said Commissioners
having given thirty days previous notice of the time
and place of sale by publication of the same as di
rected in the said order as aforesaid did on the
first Monday of June 1874 being the first day of
said month at Gainesville Alachua County,
Florida before the Court House Door expose for sale
the lands hereinafter described which sale the
same were then and there bidden off by the party
hereto of the second part for the sum of Ninety
Dollars that being the highest sum bidden for
the same and the said party of the second part
the highest bidder therefor.
    Now therefore this Indenture Witnesseth that
the said parties of the first part commissioners as
aforesaid for and in consideration of the premises 
and the sum of money so bidden as aforesaid
being first duly paid the receipt whereof is hereby
duly acknowledged in pursuance of the several
orders and decrees above mentioned have granted
bargained sold aliened, remised, released, convey
ed and confirmed and by these presents do
grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise release,
convey and confirm unto the said party of the 
second part his heirs and assigns forever
all those certain sections parcels or pieces of
