land situate, being and lying in the County
of Alachua, and State of Florida within what is
known as the Arrodonda Grant and more
particularly described as follows, to wit:
Section Twenty eight and Twenty nine (28 & 29)
in Township ten (10) South, Range twenty (20)
East; Section thirty six Township ten (10) South
Range nineteen, East - Sections one (1) and twenty
three (23) of Township Eleven (11) South Range
nineteen East, Section twenty (20) of Township
Eleven (11) South of Range Twenty (20) East.
Section twenty eight of Township Eleven (11) South
Range (21) East, containing four thousand four
hundred and three & 2/100 acres more or less, together
with the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining - and
the reversion and reversions, remainder and remain
ders, rents, issues and profits thereof and every
part and parcel of the same.. To have and to hold
all and singular the above described and granted
premises unto the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns forever as fully and com-
pletely as the said parties of the first part can
and ought to convey the same, pursuant to the
Statutes and authority aforesaid. In witness whereof

sonally came Louis I. Fleming who being duly sworn

conveyance for the purposes therein expressed. |
