This Indenture, made this the 10th day of November
in the year of our Lord one thousand Eighty and
seventy three, between James W. Bevill and Candace
S. Bevill; his wife of Alachua County, and State of
Florida, parties of the first part, and Martha Adams,
of the same place, parties of the second part. Witnesseth
that the said James W. Bevill and Candace S. Bevill
his wife, for and in consideration of the sum of two hun
dred dollars to them in hand paid by the said Mar
tha Adams, at and before the ensealing and delivery here
of, the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge, have
granted, bargained, sold, delivered, released and confirmed,
and by these presents do grant bargain, sell, alien, re-
lease, and confirm, unto the said Martha Adams,
and to her heirs and assigns, all that certain mes-
suage or tenement and tract of land, situated in
Alachua County, aforesaid, known and described
on the maps of the United States of American, as the
South West quarter of the South west quarter, of section,
twelve, Township Eight, Range nineteen, containing Forty
acres, more or less, together with all the improvements
there on, to have and to hold together with all and singular
the rights liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurten
ances whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in any wise apper
taining, and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues and
property claim, and demand whatsoever of them, the
said James W. Bevill and Candace S. Bevill his
wife, in law or equity, or otherwise howsoever, of, in to or out of
the same. To have and to hold the premises hereby granted,
or mentioned, or intended so to be, with the appurtenances
unto the said Martha Adams, her heirs and assigns
to her and their only property use and behoof forever. |
