County of Alachua} Know all men by these presents that
this Indenture made this day between John A. Kennedy of
the County and State aforesaid and Albert T. Zetrouer of the
County and State aforesaid of the second part = Witnesseth
That for and in consideration of the sum of One thousand
Dollars ($1000.00) paid by the party of the second part
to the party of the first at and before the sealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged, have bargained sold, conveyed and enfeoffed
and by these presents do bargain sell convey and en-
feoff unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns all those tracts or parcels of land situated in
said County and State & lying & being in the Arrodondo
Grant (as known & described on the map of said Grant
in the survey of David Burr and Henry Washington) known
& described by metes & bounds as follows to wit; commencing
at the South East corner Stake of Section twenty one (21) run-
ning north to the Palatka and Gainesville Road, thence
West along said Road to the Black Creek Road, thence
south west along said Road to the South line of said
section (running East to west, thence East along said
line to place of commencement) making the Palatka &
Gainesville Road the line on the North side and the Black
Creek Road the line on the west side - said to contain
200 acres more or less. Commencing at a stake on the West
End of Hammock field on Lake Newnan at high water mark
running North East along said Lake at high water mark
four Hundred & thirty (430) feet, thence at right angles with
said line South East, two Hundred & seventy 270 feet, thence
South West, four Hundred and thirty feet 430, thence North West
two Hundred & seventy feet (270) to place of commencement, situated
in Frac section 16, Township 10 Range 21, corner stake to
be in or near place of beginning described in said Fractional
section 16. To have & to hold the said tract or parcels
of land together with all the appurtenances tenements
hereditaments belonging thereto unto him the said Albert T. Zetrouer
